Loved the book it was great, the book was written well and the recipe you write are just morish. I loved they way it teaches you to understand the functions of your ninja dual zone unit and give you yummy recipes. I picked up this cookbook from the library because I own an Instant Pot and I've never used it. I figured I'd hopefully get a couple of recipes that I could try out to start. I was happily impressed with the recipes in the book. Although I admit many of the Ninja air fryer recipes are broth based, which I wasn't expecting, they still look good and there are a few I'd like to try. Of course, while I had the cookbook out I looked at the other sections too. There are enough recipes that I want to try that I plan to purchase the book for future reference. (In other words, too many for me to just copy a few pages and be done with it!) The recipes are the type that I would make for dinner during the week. They are pretty easy and use ingredients I've seen. They are creative and look delicious, as well as fairly healthy. I'm looking forward to trying them out. On a side note, I may now have to get an air fryer. Those fish tacos look good! The help with two week meal plan as well. I love the photographs in this cookbook. There are a lot of good ideas but even some of these 'no-fuss' dinners seem to be a little too much work for me on a busy night. Very helpful material at the beginning of the book; definitely read it! I won't try all of the recipes, as many of them are too fancy or feature things like fennel, but every recipe I've tried so far (5) has been perfect. I do love that they are able to be cooked in the ninja air fryer, one dutch oven, one sheet pan, or the air fryer. (I haven't made any of the air fryer recipes yet). Recipes are easy to understand and there's a picture of almost every dish.
