Whether I am leading family, team, company, church, school, city, state or just a zoom meeting these principles apply. I could not put this book down. Deep thinking and easy reading are hard to come by. My margins have 📝 notes and book has post its. I just got it and read in 3 sittings. This definitely goes on my short lists of most impactful books of my career and life. Not only will make me better leader but better husband and human.
